We are starting a new monthly award called "Employee of the Month" where we will select one person from the AdHack community to be featured. This person will remain featured until we select a new user the next month!

We make our decision based on various different categories such as:

Number of Ads submitted
Helpful comments and feedback posted
Blog posts created
Commissions & Assignment submissions

To kick things off we chose to feature Jeremy Lim, who helped us pioneer our very first audio commission. Jeremy has also provide a lot of helpful feedback for user content on the site as well as directly to the AdHack team.
